Terms of Use
These simple rules help keep Crew Center useful and safe for everyone. The service is an independently developed, non-commercial student project for voluntary FIS Media Club participation.
Accounts
Use only your own approved account. Keep your password and access links private, and do not try to view or change information that your role does not allow you to access. Tell the project contact if you think an account has been misused.
Respectful use
Use Crew Center for Media Club activities. Keep signups, attendance, equipment reservations and project information accurate. Do not impersonate another member, deliberately disrupt the service or upload harmful or inappropriate content.
Sensitive information
Do not enter or upload passwords, medical information, home addresses, private phone numbers or financial information. Do not share another person's private information without their permission. Only provide the information that a Crew Center form actually asks for.
Members are expected to check what they submit. If sensitive information is shared by mistake, contact [email protected] immediately so it can be reviewed and removed.
Photos and media
Upload only work that you are allowed to share and that is appropriate for its selected audience. Public gallery items can be seen outside Crew Center. Restricted material must stay in the restricted area and must not be copied or reposted without permission.
Equipment and events
Only reserve equipment and crew roles you are permitted and able to use. Keep booking details accurate, follow event instructions and report damage, loss or scheduling mistakes promptly.
Availability and changes
Crew Center may be updated, temporarily unavailable or changed as the club's needs develop. Access may be limited when necessary to protect members, data, equipment or the service. Important changes to these terms will be shown through the website.
